At lunch we had: Ethiopian Chicken, Sukumawiki (green), fried bananas with coconut, and Congolese tofu
And during break we had: mandazis (like donuts), chai tea.

it has alot of nutrition.our favourite food is chapati and githeri. githeri is a mixture of maize and beans.it contains cabohydrates and proteins.

It is our best nutrient.our best meal is githeri and also ugali coz its gives us carbohydrates .
my favourite food is meat.I like it beacause it have alot of protein.it is also sweet.
I tabby,my favourite meal is fried chicken and Chapati.It adds me protein and carbohydrates.
Nyama Choma. very delicious and nutritious diet and its locally available since Kenya has lots of Sheep and Goats, come to Kenya and try it out( Nyama Choma is a Kiswahili name for Roasted meat)
